Post and tag us on both Facebook and Instagram to gain 2 entries! Post and tag both @whalewatchingperth and @rottnestfastferries to gain an extra entry!

The promoter is: CM Marine Pty Ltd (trading as: Whale Watching Perth) whose registered office is at: Shop 56 Southside Dr, Hillarys Boat Harbour, HILLARYS WA 6025. The competition is open to residents of Australia except employees of CM Marine Pty Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Route to entry for the competition are to post any photos taking during one of our whale watching tours (2024 season only) to Facebook or Instagram and tag our account @whalewatchingperth Only one entry will be accepted per person, however, posting and tagging on both Facebook and Instagram count as two entries for that person and tagging @rottnestfastferries adds one extra entry. Entries close Monday the 18th of November 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as follows: Same-Day Family Pass (2 Adults + 2 Children) to Rottnest via Rottnest Fast Ferries. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook/Instagram Monday the 25th of November 2024. The winner will only ever be contacted by Whale Watching Perth. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
